About me

From childhood, I was thrilled by the different sports, so that movement was part of my everyday life. Endurance sports are still reflected in my sporting passion, and always allowed me mentally to get rid of the longtime pressure in my job.

After 30 years in the stressful financial sector, the decision came for a complete new start in the area of sports and mental training, as more and more people, especially youth and people in their best years, suffer from a lack of movement and motivation, and the stress is increasingly shaped by everyday life in school and work life .

My experience allows me to work together in the athletic and mental area.
My clients will become in their profession and everyday life more balanced, more purposeful, more effective and thereby increase their wellbeing and their quality of life.
